´ëµÈ´Ù.

The purpose of this study was to identify an effect of habit improvement program based meditation for the university students on research participants¡¯psychological emotion, mindfulness, habit improvement and factors affecting habit improvement. The study results of habit improvement program operation for 12 weeks indicate that the program make positive influence on research participants¡¯psychological comfort and tranquility, mindfulness and habit improvement. The factors affecting habit improvement were found such as mindfulness enhancement through morning meditation program, systematic education regarding habit and overall habit analysis of habit mindfulness journals. The significance of this study is that habit improvement program based meditation can be practically used for the university students and an effect of meditation can be practically experienced in daily life. It is also expected that habit improvement program based meditation can be used for people at large and various addiction therapy program.
